So I’d like to open up, maybe a new concept to you, regarding the messages your own tongue is telling you… right under your nose!
The tongue is considered one of the strongest muscles in the body. It is connected to your inner throat tube and actually your whole digestive tract.

Now, if you wake up in the morning, take a look at your tongue and you may see a covering of white substance. This can be seen as a reflection of your internal condition.
With a heavily coated tongue, it can be a sign of poor digestion and possibly eating too much. A tongue with cracks and crevasses can be a sign of dehydration.
A nice pink tongue, with maybe little coating, is a good sign of healthy gut and digestive tract.
Drinking plenty of water daily, eating fresh fruits & vegetables and light exercise will bring your body into a healthy state of being, and you’ll be jumping your joy 🙂
As with time, you will want to experiment with certain foods and just see which ones create more mucus coating on the tongue (thus within your digestive tract) than others.
