Hi beautiful reader,
This is a smoothie I call the B.B Smoothie – Berry Blast Smoothie.
Ingredients – Any combination of fresh berries you like, locally grown seem to taste best
Blackberries, Blueberries, Strawberries, 1 Banana (slow baked in ovan @ 80c until blackened), small cup of coconut milk, 1tsp chlorella powder and fresh mineral/distilled water.
Method – throw it all in a blend and hit ‘GO’! Will it blend? Certainly 🙂
Enjoy the taste of this smoothie in the morning or afternoon before a meal.
Our little Pixie took no notice of this purple goodness, ha!
